I’ve been a little quiet here for a while.
Closing my brick-and-mortar practice was a bigger transition than I expected. It gave me space to think about the kind of work I really enjoy doing and how I want to support people going forward.
One thing that hasn’t changed is how often I hear the same question:
“Why am I so tired all the time?”
Not just needing a nap tired…
but the kind where your energy never really comes back.
The afternoon crash.
The brain fog.
Feeling like your body just isn’t keeping up with life anymore.
Over the past few months I’ve been quietly building something around this.
A simple way to help people reset their energy through food, nutrition habits, and daily rhythms as we come out of winter.
