A new study indicates that the benefits of drugs for treating ADHD have been oversold since the publication of the MTA study. The results of this study should change the way clinicians, insurance companies and parents look at ADHD treatment.

"Chemo brain" is a condition that patients who have gone through chemotherapy have known about for years. They misplace things, forget things, and sometimes even have trouble completing sentences. Now studies in several hospitals have shown that the condition is real, that there are physical changes in the brain that cause these problems. And this study, reported in the Cleveland Plain Dealer, indicates that neurofeedback is an effective treatment for "chemo brain."
