The final chapter before 50…

A threshold year, a bridge between who I’ve been and who I’m becoming….

✅Forty-nine years of lessons, losses, victories, reinventions, and quiet evolutions.

✅Forty -nine years of learning how to stand, how to heal, how to rebuild and how to rise with intention.

This year, I’m not just celebrating a birthday.
I’m honoring the journey.
I’m honoring the people who shaped me.
I’m honoring the chapters that broke me open and the ones that built me back stronger.

As I step toward 50, God, know’s I’m not ashamed to say it, one would do well to make it to that number… But, as I step into the “LIGHT” of continued wisdom…

Friends, as I prepare to celebrate my 49th birthday this Saturday, I find myself reflecting not only on another year of life, but on the extraordinary journey that has unfolded alongside it. Standing on the threshold of 50 carries a certain weight, a sense of arrival, of wisdom earned, of purpose clarified. And woven into that personal milestone is another blessing I hold with deep gratitude: twelve years of Celestial Hands.

For more than a decade, this massage club has been a place where people come to breathe again, to restore what the world has taken, and to remember themselves. What began as a vision, one massage table, one room, one intention in a friend’s home has grown into a community built on trust, healing, and the quiet luxury of being cared for.
