Today is the Day! Come on out to the finale of Chantlanta! After sooo many years of creative joy, this is the last one. Fortunately, I am so honored to be participating in this Joyful and Soulful experience. I will be teaching Yoga and Live Drumming at 4pm. There are many classes to attend, and music to listen to and voices to hear. What a great way to feed your body, mind and soul.
Give yourself this gift...we need it soooo much!

Greetings Yogis!

We survived the Holidays and now we get down to our mats and get moving!

I have been requested to bring in something new!!

Thursdays 7am classes will now include light weights to build our strength and stamina. We will start lightly, so if you have 1lb, 2lb, 3lb or 5lb weights, bring them and have them close by. You decide which is right for you and of course we will focus on alignment and form. I am excited to offer this. Please tell all your friends and family who may be interested in this type of movement. We will still be doing all of our breathwork and asana practice, just adding a little spice! Hope to see you there!
