I’m a big fan of using resistance bands with my home workouts for strengthening, stretching and toning.
It’s a full body workout with functional movements you can do sitting or standing that targets big and small muscle groups. With repetition and consistency, you can achieve muscle strength without using weights.
Resistance bands can be used for strength training, mobility exercises, stretching or physical therapy. They all work to help stabilize muscles and can improve bone density.
