Today I had a slower workday than usual, so I took some extra time with my clients and slowed it down. It felt like everyone needed it, including me. Often times we can go thru the motions but the creativity and intentionality of every movement during my clients services today made a difference. I’m shifting more into specific work to improve longer lasting tissue changes thru Buccal and Lumphatic Drainage treatments, which takes some time. We all want the instant results - myself included! It takes a little more work these days to maintain, and I’m here to get as many tools in the toolbox to help y’all stay young! I’ts a busy Saturday at the spa, and the star of the show for the day is my Block. Block Therapy has become a staple in my practice to release fascial adhesions that create visible issues like sagging skin and hollowness.
