Bryan brings nearly 20 years of experience in broadline food distribution and food processing, with deep expertise in sourcing, procurement, operations, and sales across beef, pork, poultry, and seafood.
He joins us from Formosa Foods, where he led procurement efforts and worked closely with suppliers to expand sourcing opportunities and strengthen inventory strategies. Throughout his career—including roles at Dallas USA Foods and Queen Foods—Bryan has overseen end-to-end operations, from production and compliance to fleet, facilities, and inbound/outbound logistics.
He is also well-versed in process improvement and has extensive experience working with FSQA and the USDA to ensure food safety and operational excellence.
Bryan speaks Spanish, Mandarin, and Taiwanese. We’re excited for his contributions as he helps us supply nutrition and deliver value across the United States, where he will help lead our procurement and domestic sales efforts nationwide.
