Mirasco continues to expand its team across the United States, and we’re excited to introduce another new talent joining our protein sales team: Dan Stelmach, our new Director of Imported Protein Sales in the United States, based out of Arizon
Dan Stelmach brings nearly a lifetime of experience in the food and protein industry, with leadership roles across restaurant chains, retail grocery, foodservice distribution, processors, and industrial accounts. From sourcing and sales strategy to building practical supply programs and long-term partnerships, he has worked with organizations ranging from regional operators to national brands — always with a focus on product consistency, cost efficiency, yield performance, and reliable supply.
