Diabetes- What To Know helps people with type 2 diabetes learn what they need to know to be healthy with diabetes. Our program uses simple, action-oriented educational videos and a community of other folks with type 2 diabetes and their families. Many people with diabetes are healthier now than when they were first diagnosed-- you can be one of them.
