Our program uses simple, action-oriented educational videos and a community of other folks with type 2 diabetes and their families. Many people with diabetes are healthier now than when they were first diagnosed-- you can be one of them. The goal of our site and our page is to provide information and community support-- we are not capable of answering specific questions about medications or medical issues.
