Remember!!! Drink More Water!!!

Disadvantages of Drinking Less Water 💧

When you under-hydrate, expect:
😣 Fatigue & brain fog
🤒 Urine infections
🤢 Acidity/heartburn
🦷 Bad breath
💇‍♀️ Hair fall
⚖️ Easier weight gain
🧠 Higher stress & headaches
🩸 Possible anaemia symptoms
Fix it fast:
• Target 30–35 ml/kg/day (about 2–3 L for most adults).
• Add a pinch of electrolytes after sweaty workouts.
• Use the p*e test: aim for pale yellow ✅.
Frequency: Sip hourly; front-load a glass on waking and one mid-afternoon.
