From the lens of a yoga therapist, I would add restorative yoga, self myofascial release, progressive, muscle, relaxation, limiting caffeine and alcohol, using technology mindfully. Regulating your nervous system is an ongoing process that requires patients and consistency. I've dedicated my life to doing the self/ soul work and passionately sharing it with anyone who is open and willing to learn. Yoga saved me. It would be a dis-service to others for me not to share this knowledge. 🪷🙏🏻🫶
