Quietly, behind the scenes, I’ve been renovating on both personal and professional levels. This month has been beautifully messy, one for the books. We are in the final shed of the Snake Year and entering into Eclipse Season… the astrological weather points to a collective unburdening. Releasing old survival patterns and energetic blocks that are not ours to carry forward into galloping pace of the Fire Horse year.

As we clear the threshold in February, things will begin to look and feel different. We are moving toward sovereignty, creating movement, honoring choice, choosing freedom and embodied ambition. Fortune favors the bold! The time of spiritual alchemy is now. 🔥👏

◇ legs up! Lay flat on your back with legs up the wall for 5-10 minutes before bed

◇ EFT tapping

◇ get morning sunlight exposure to regulate cortisol levels

◇ breathwork focused on long sighing exhales followed an inhale with a controlled “sipping” of air
