Balanced Being: A Women’s Wellness Series with .munson
Registration is officially open for this three-month, deeply immersive journey in women’s wellness, Ayurvedic wisdom, and seasonal support.
From January–March 2026, we’ll gather in an intimate group of 10 women to explore what it truly means to feel grounded, nourished, and connected in both body and mind. This series is designed to help you reset, regulate, and realign through intentional practices you can carry into every season of life.
Guided by Sasha Munson, Certified Ayurveda Counselor, each month includes:
✨ Two 2-hour core sessions blending movement, breathwork, grounding rituals, seasonal wisdom, and guided reflection
✨ One 90-minute guest workshop with women in our community — including a dietitian, an intuitive artist, an herbal practitioner, and more
✨ A total of 9 sessions exploring foundations of Ayurveda, daily rhythms, digestion and nourishment, nervous system support, transitions, and integration
