Let’s close out August together with one more evening of peace, relaxation, and connection at our Sound Bowl Meditation on the Beach this Saturday, August 31 at 6:00 p.m.. Join expert sound bowl facilitator Jada Smith as she creates the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls blending with the ocean waves as the sun sets—pure calm for your mind and body.
