Member Spotlight: Finding Strength, Community, and Confidence at Eastpointe; Jacqlyn’s Transformation

Before joining Eastpointe, my fitness routine had completely fallen apart. After COVID and moving from Hoboken, I slipped into a long stretch of inactivity and knew I needed accountability. More than anything, I wanted to rebuild my strength and feel confident in my body again.

From the moment I joined in March, I connected with the Shore Results model and the amazing community. Roy’s programs keep me progressing, and Barry’s Sunday strength class challenges me in the best way (I’ll never forget that 450lb sled!). Every session has helped me move forward, lifting heavier, improving my form, or simply showing up consistently.

Now, I feel strong, proud, and motivated. What once felt like an uphill climb has turned into something I truly look forward to. Eastpointe has become a place where I can challenge myself, celebrate progress, and be surrounded by great people. It’s been such a positive experience, and I’m excited to keep building on it.

Your opinion matters to us! Each year, we take time to connect with our members through our Annual Group Fitness Survey. This is your opportunity to share your thoughts on our class formats, schedules, and instructors. Your feedback is what helps us grow, improve, and make sure our programs continue to support you—your goals, your fitness journey, and your overall experience.

Eastpointe Fall Wingman Accountability Challenge: Off to a Strong Start!

The 38 participants in the Eastpointe Fall Wingman Accountability Challenge are well on their way to big results - including a shot at the grand prize! They're already experiencing the benefits of regular exercise and smart nutrition: increased energy, fat loss, and lean muscle gain. But most importantly, they're transforming their bodies - and their lives.

This partner-based program combines cutting-edge exercise and nutrition strategies rooted in the latest science on fat loss. It kicked off with a live workshop and ongoing nutrition meetings designed to equip participants with the tools they need for success.

New this year, every participant has been paired with a coach to boost accountability and provide extra motivation and support. Teams also compete in biweekly physical challenges for bonus prizes and bragging rights!

The challenge began on September 22, and the second round of weigh-ins is wrapping up. Aubrie Park-Tennant and her partner Casey Decorso put up a strong number to take the lead, but the team of Mike Frantz and Michele Rouse are not far behind, and at least 10 other teams are still solidly in the running. Final weigh-ins will take place in the days leading up to the last day of the program on November 2. The winning team will be announced shortly afterward, when we'll celebrate everyone's success and award a mix of cash and other exciting prizes.
