The staff member will work as a Health Coordinator assisting adult members with scheduling, transporting and attending appointments and will also work as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Day Program assisting members with attaining and improving their needed skills to develop and maintain independence in the community.

>Employee must have time management skills, be flexible, reliable, self-motivated, patient, caring and respectful.
>A basic knowledge of mental illness, intellectual disability, developmental disability and chemical dependence is preferred.
>Good verbal communication skills and good active listening skills are required.
>Good writing skills (i.e. grammar, spelling, sentence structure) are required.
>Provide quality service and support to people we serve.
>Documenting progress on individuals served is required.
>Medication Manager and experience is preferred but not required upon hire.
