Get ready to dive into the incredible world of Fascia and Myofascial release.

In this training students will learn how to effectively demonstrate and apply myofascial release techniques, as well as integrate the anatomy of the Fascial Chains and Trigger points within the body. This training breaks down the role fascia plays in overall movement dynamics and tissue health.

You can expect to learn how MFR techniques and the essential components of myofascial chains support the integrity of movement and posture.

In MFR & Advanced Anatomy students will develop a comprehensive understanding of fascia, its properties, and its dysfunction. This training will help you serve your community on deeper levels by becoming skilled in injury prevention and pain management.

This 50 hour Advanced Anatomy & Myofascial Release training provides:
•30hrs of advanced anatomy approve hours with Yoga Alliance
•fascial education
•MFR techniques
•understanding fascial chains
•group class observation & practice
•application with yin, breathwork, vinyasa & private clients
•small group setting, group feedback & one-on-one guidance
•Science & research behind MFR
•Working with common injuries & prevention
•MFR for athletes & more
•MFR manual

The training will be available both in-person and virtually, with access to the recordings for 60 days.

Having the recordings will allow you to revisit concepts that didn’t stick as well/access training sessions that you might have had to miss, while keeping us motivated to stay committed and finish the training within a timely manner :)

Happy February! We hosted a challenge in January that invited students to commit to their Yoga practice :)

Thank you to everyone who participated! We had a solid group of Yogis who took the 27 classes in the month that would enter them into this giveaway. We are so impressed by everyone’s devotion. You are worthy of a relaxed nervous system, even during tense times.

We can’t pour from an empty cup. If you feel that you wish you could do more for humanity, you can start within.

Yoga helps us create an internal environment that is peaceful, and we can then share that peace with those who we interact with.

We can be resourced to share a smile, to ask someone how they’re doing and actually listen as they respond, to go out of our way to do a favor for someone we care about.
