Thank you so much to everyone who came out Saturday and helped. Your time, your hands, and your hearts made a real difference, and we are truly grateful.

A special thank you to Randy McGhee for donating his time, top soil, and mushroom compost to our beds. That generosity is going to help everything we grow here thrive!

If you watch the video, (in the comments) you’ll spot little Miss Ember making sure not a single scoop of top soil went to waste. She took her job very seriously, and it was the sweetest reminder that this garden really is for all generations. 💜

We are still right on schedule for our February 1st planting, and it feels so good to see everything coming together.

Quick heads up, our next work day is next Saturday the 24th at 2:30. It should only take about an hour, and every set of hands helps more than you know.

This is what community looks like in real life. Showing up. Doing a little at a time. Watching something meaningful take root. We’re grateful for the momentum and excited to keep growing together.

Community Garden Update 🌱😃

Phase 1 of our community garden is officially complete!!!

The boxes are built, and we are so grateful to be able to bring this space to our community. What started as an idea is now something you can see and touch, and that means a lot to us.

Before we can start planting, we do have a few remaining needs. Our greatest needs right now are top soil, a water hose, and a nozzle so we can keep everything growing and cared for.

If you’re interested in helping, we have a planting schedule available in the office and would love for you to be part of this from the ground up.

Additional needs include:
- Gardening tools
- Gloves
- An outdoor bench where people can rest

This garden is about more than plants. it’s about free access to healthy food, sharing resources, and creating something meaningful together. Thank you for being part of this and for supporting what we’re building. 💚🌿

2026 Office Updates!!

Lately, I’ve been sitting with A LOT of gratitude.
For this team. For their hearts. For the way each person shows up, especially on the hard days.

I truly couldn’t do this without them.

Each person holds a special place with me, not just for what they do, but for who they are. For as much as they take care of the people in our community, they also take care of each other. Myself included. Having people you can lean on when things get tough is a type of privilege, I'm grateful to have.

This Christmas, my gift to them couldn't come close to what they do for me or our community, but I hope they know how appreciated they are.

A sound bath, so they get to slow down, calm their nervous system, and receive instead of pour.

This is just my small way to say thank you to people who give so much of themselves all year long.

I’m incredibly thankful for this team, and for the work we get to do together. It’s a gift I don’t overlook.

🚨 Office Update 🚨

This team works hard. Like really hard.
They show up all year, go above and beyond for our community, and pour their heart and soul into what they do.

And yes, sometimes that looks like focus, effort and skill.
Other times, it looks like joy, laughter, and letting ourselves be human.
Both are essential.

Because of how much this team gives, it’s my absolute pleasure to give back.

✨ GoodMedicine Wellness will be closed from December 22nd toJanuary 5th ✨

Our office phone will remain open, and Cierra will be available to help schedule appointments and answer most questions.

I’m so grateful for this group of humans and so excited for what’s ahead in the new year.

To my team: rest well, team. You’ve earned it. 💚
