One of the things I’m most proud of with Bliss Yoga & Wellness is the community that has grown around it.

Our donation-based workshop to support a local family filled so quickly, and today on International Women’s Day it feels especially meaningful to see women supporting women in times of need.

Why practice yoga in the morning?

A consistent morning practice can:

• improve sleep quality
• increase energy and focus
• help regulate your nervous system
• give you tools like breathwork you can use throughout your day when stress shows up

There’s also something powerful about starting your day by showing up for yourself. Your movement is already done, your mind is clearer, and the rest of your day can unfold with more ease.

You may have seen Barre pop up on the schedule and thought…

If you’ve been enjoying Sculpt or yoga and are curious about trying something a little different, Barre is great add on to your routine.

Right now we’re starting with a beginner-friendly series to introduce the format and help everyone get comfortable with the movements.

Beginning in April, we’ll transition into a more standardized Bliss Barre class offered twice per week, continuing to build strength, stability, and endurance together.

Bliss Barre focuses on:
• small, controlled movements
• core stability and posture
• full body strength and endurance

It’s challenging, but always approachable and designed to be accessible for all levels.

And the best part, this class is not progressive, so you can jump in anytime. You don’t need to have attended the first class to start.

If you’ve been curious but a little hesitant, consider this your invitation.

As we transition into a new season, this experience is designed to help you release the heaviness of winter and gently step into spring feeling clear, grounded, and restored.

You’ll be guided into deep rest while immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. This is your space to soften, reset your nervous system, and create room for new energy and intention.

Community Recover & Release 🤍

This special class is being offered as a space to slow down, soften, and come together as a community. Through gentle movement, supported release, and rest, we’ll focus on creating room for healing both individually and collectively.

This is a donation-based class with a $35 minimum, and all proceeds will go directly to support Heather and her family as they navigate her breast cancer journey. Those who feel called are welcome to donate more.

You’re invited to join us whether you’re coming to move, to rest, to support, or simply to be present.
💗 Wear pink if you’d like, in honor of breast cancer awareness.
