A week ago, I visited Stop & Shop in Attleboro to purchase turkeys, pies, and gift cards for every one of our caregivers. The Stop & Shop management team welcomed us with kindness and genuine support, reminding me how powerful community partnerships can be for a growing agency.

As CEO, I’ve always believed that the people who show up every day to care for others deserve to feel valued, respected, and seen. Acts of appreciation aren’t just gestures — they’re part of our culture. This week, we’ll be delivering these holiday gifts personally as a small way of saying: we see you, we honor you, and we’re grateful for the heart you bring to this work.

Leadership, to me, means being the kind of support I once needed.
And every day, I strive to be exactly that.

Back to Home Healthcare Services is expanding, and we’re excited to announce that we are now offering Homemaking Services — which means we have multiple long-term homemaking cases available and are urgently hiring compassionate Homemakers to support elderly and disabled clients.
Homemakers play a vital role in helping clients maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home. If you enjoy cleaning, organizing, and supporting people in your community, this role is for you.

𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐃𝐄𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐒:
• Shift Length: 2.5 to 4 hours per client
• Workload: Choose ONE case per week or stack MULTIPLE cases
• Scheduling: We can stack cases daily within the same area (5–10 minutes apart)
• Transportation: Must have your own car
• Supplies: All cleaning supplies are provided by the client
• PPE: Company-provided PPE (gloves, masks, etc.)

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐃𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐃𝐄:
• Light housekeeping
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping
• Laundry assistance
• Organizing living spaces
• Maintaining a clean and safe home environment
• Supporting elderly and disabled clients with home-related tasks only (no personal care)

𝐖𝐇𝐎 𝐖𝐄’𝐑𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐅𝐎𝐑:
• Individuals who enjoy cleaning and helping others
• Reliable, responsible, and compassionate people
• Must have your own car
• Experience in homemaking or housekeeping is helpful but NOT required!

I showed up. I did the work. And today, I get to sit in a seat I once only hoped for, ready to represent, advocate, and push for the change our caregivers, agencies, and communities deserve.
