Affirming care begins with feeling seen and understood. Fuller Hospital’s LGBTQIA+ Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides a supportive, inclusive space for adults who need more structure than weekly therapy can offer. The program is designed to strengthen mental health and emotional well being in an environment where identity is respected, affirmed and celebrated.

Participants receive daily therapeutic support, practical coping skills, and meaningful connection with peers who truly understand their experiences.

When someone struggles with substance use, a common belief emerges: “I can handle this on my own.” It’s an understandable response. We celebrated National Compliment Day on January 24. A while back, our team came together to "Throw Confetti Like Kindness" as a reminder that even the smallest words can make a big impact. Sharing compliments, encouragement and kindness is woven into Fuller’s culture every day.

Whether it’s lifting up a colleague, supporting a patient or showing appreciation, we know how much kindness matters. Consider this your gentle reminder to pass it on today, and everyday. You never know how deeply a compliment might resonate with someone or how much it might brighten their day.
