Today, we had the honor of meeting with Congressman Rep. Jake Auchincloss who is championing the Pharmacist Fight Back Act (HR9096). This vital legislation aims to level the playing field and support the growth of community pharmacies. By advancing PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) reform, it will ensure that patients everywhere have better access to independent pharmacists, who prioritize patient care over profits.

We are also grateful to State Representative Jim Hawkinsand Rep. Adam Scanlon for their continued support and partnership in this effort. Can’t forget our very own Attleboro Mayor Cathleen DeSimone who has supported us in all of our efforts at the city level and beyond!
