The Acupuncture Chiropractic Clinic is looking for a part-time medical receptionist with a pleasant personality and excellent customer service skills. They are required to have excellent communication and computer skills, and a positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Scheduling appointments for several different providers
• Collecting patient payments
• Answering phones
• Collecting demographic and insurance information
• Checking Insurance eligibility
• Cleaning and supplying treatment rooms
• Doing multiple loads of laundry
• Packaging, labeling, and shipping products
• Maintaining a clean and relaxed environment for each one of our clients
• Faxing
• Writing emails
