Friends of pharmacy, we need your help.
There is a lot of misinformation being spread by the lobbying group for the PBMs (pharmacy middlemen companies). They are not only claiming that the PBM reform bill is a "pill tax", but they are spamming legislators with emails from "constituents" to vote no to the pill tax.
A couple legislators have been responding to each email trying to re-educate, and have found that many of them seem to not be coming from constituents at all. Many emails are undeliverable, or the person who actually owns the email address responds, confused, because "I never emailed you. What is this about?"
We need YOU, real constituents, to email your Senator and Representative to let them know you support SB 360 and want to protect your local pharmacy from closing. For my people, please reach out to Sen Tory Blew (ToryMarie.Blew@senate.ks.gov, and tmblew@gmail.com) and Rep Kyle Hoffman (kyle.hoffman@house.ks.gov and kyle@kylehoffman.net). Please see comments for a form email wording you can use.

Please contact your Senator today to urge them to vote in support of PBM reform, lowering prescription costs and keeping local pharmacies in communities. Vote YES on SB 360!
