“Consistency beats intensity. Health isn’t something you ‘achieve’ once and forget; it’s a lifestyle built on consistent, sustainable actions. Start small, stay steady, and build from there.”

⍰ What’s something surprising patients might not know about you?
“I was Bavarian Princess back in the day and enjoyed traveling all over the great state of Michigan, attending countless festivals and parades. I now greatly enjoy going back to several of those locations, sharing the fun with my husband and three kiddos.”

Congratulations to Roger on graduating from therapy last week, and welcome to the ! 🎓💙🎓
