Missing receipts are not an organization problem. They are a money problem.

Can AI do your bookkeeping? I get that question a lot.

The short answer is partly. But there is one thing only a human can catch, and most business owners have no idea it is slipping through.

Friday didn’t feel like work today. 🤍

6 hours flew by like 6 minutes. That’s how you know you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.

Grateful for my herd 🐴 who show up every day just as they are, no judgment about my zero makeup, windblown hair, or the fact that my clothes have seen better days. Just real, authenticity doing life together.

That’s the good stuff.

Cash flow stress usually starts before the bill is due.

Problem: you are running week to week and hoping the timing works out.

Outcome: you can breathe because you can see what is coming next.

My advice: one weekly cash check with three lines and one set day.

Booked and still not seeing profit!

Problem: direct costs and operating costs are mixed, so the numbers stay unclear.

Outcome: you can see what work is worth repeating and what overhead needs a cap.

My advice: code by purpose, not by vendor. Ask why you bought it before you categorize it.

If your categories confuse you, your reports will too.

Problem: too many accounts and duplicate names make you guess.

Outcome: faster coding and a Profit and Loss you can read.

My advice: do a quick tidy up. Keep what is clear, combine duplicates, retire what you do not use.
