Hop on over to join in on the Easter fun!
We are having an egg decorating competition that is open to all AQC loved ones: Group Homes, Host Homes, Guardian's, Clients, Caring Hands & Office Staff.

Rules:
1. On Friday April 3rd, bring in your decorated egg to the Office by 10AM. You will write the title of your egg on the front side of a piece of paper, and your name on the back.
2. Eggs will be posted on Facebook at 12PM for virtual voting. Be sure to react to your favorite eggs!
3. Winners will be announced at 1PM on Teams and Facebook. There will be prizes available.

We would love for all of you to be apart of this event, even if that means just voting on Facebook.

We can't wait to see everyone's creativity!

Good afternoon!
We are excited to announce that we now have a new Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and Physical Therapist available and ready to serve our individuals. They are able to provide services in the home, DayHab, or ISS settings for your convenience.
If you are interested in getting therapy services started for your loved one, please reach out to your Case Manager to begin the process.
We feel incredibly blessed to have these new contractors join our team. As many of you know, it can be very challenging to find therapists who are willing to accept the current state rates, and access to these services is so important for the individuals we serve.
We also encourage families to consider reaching out to local legislators to help raise awareness of the need for increased funding so our individuals can receive the quality services they truly deserve.

Now Hiring: Experienced Handyman / Maintenance Pro!

We’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and compassionate handyman to support 35 residential homes serving individuals with special needs, plus an office and activity center (primarily in Paloma Creek).

What You’ll Do:
• General maintenance (repairs, painting, plumbing fixes, AC filters, etc.)
• Appliance & furniture repair/assembly
• Electrical basics (lights, detectors, batteries)
• Home upkeep (irrigation, dryer vents, carpet cleaning)
• Safety checks & hazard awareness
• Support with moves, setups, and vendor coordination

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
• Experienced & self-motivated
• Kind, respectful, and patient
• Flexible and dependable
• Great with time management & communication

This is a contract opportunity with consistent work in one main area.

The creativity of our clients has no limits! From building things- to cooking- to creating art, they are all just so talented.

She said that this has helped her hands continue practicing her OT skills and finds it “fun to play with”.

This client is so gifted. She enjoys scrolling on Pinterest for inspiration to create detailed pieces, and will spend lots of time on her latest project. This piece makes me feel ready for Spring! We can’t wait to see it completed.
