Silencing notifications or setting time limits on certain apps can be a positive first step in your mental wellness journey.

Join us at Oakland Community Health Network on February 9th from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm at the annual Call to Solidarity meeting to identify solutions to the behavioral health needs of our community! This event includes increasing knowledge of services and breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health, substance use disorders, and homelessness.

We were recently notified that adult crisis services in Oakland County have transitioned from Common Ground to Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) as of yesterday, January 29th. We want to assure you that while this transition affects who manages these services, it in no way affects the availability of crisis services in Oakland County. This critical help is still available to you as it always has been.

The OCHN Resource and Crisis Center, located at 1200 N. Telegraph Road in Pontiac, remains open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis can walk in at any time to receive comprehensive crisis services.

Youth ages 17 and under can also walk in at the same location and receive age-appropriate crisis care from trained professionals in a supportive environment.

Anyone in crisis can still call or text the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline at 988 or call the RCC Front Desk at 248-462-6302 to receive immediate support.
