We talk about why a clear nervous system is the foundation of all choice, and why physical integrity—having your body systems functioning exactly where they should be—is the prerequisite for success.

📜 Pillar 2: Philosophy & The Trivium Access to information isn't enough; you need the tools to process it. I break down the classical model of Grammar, Logic, and Rhetoric.
