How amazing is it that we have snow for BWA's Winter product drop?!

❄️ Winter Whipped Tallow Balm
A head-to-toe balm and perfect for the cold temperatures and blustering winds Mother Nature may give us during Winter.

The green tint comes from a skin-stitching herb, Comfrey. While the scent may be subtle and reminiscent of peppermint chocolate, the skin nourishing qualities are numerous. Winter balm can be used for rashes, acne, dry and cracked skin, fine lines, and wrinkles, or for minor cuts and scrapes.

Plant material is infused into grass-fed and finished tallow during a 60-hour process. This slow infusion provides a plant potent balm suitable for skin needing extra hydration, protection, and repair.

Ingredients:
Grass-fed and finished Tallow infused with Comfrey, Rosemary, Peppermint, Vanilla Bean, Frankincense and Myrrh resins. Castor Oil. Raw Cacao Butter.

❄️ Winter Forest Room Spray
A non-toxic room freshener made simply. These can be sprayed on fabric and carpets without staining.

With notes of citrus pine, peppermint, and warming vanilla makes this a great winter addition.

Ingredients:
Distilled water, witch hazel, essential oils

❄️ Mistletoe Wax Melt
Plant-infused grass-fed and finished tallow and beeswax. Lightly scented and reminiscent of Winter Balm- mint chocolate!

Thanksgiving is NEXT WEEK! 🤯

I have to ask.. how strong do you feel your immune system is?

We've entered the time of year where our bodies will be tested to see how well we have taken care of our body- from Spring through Summer.

Did we:
• Eat well?
• Detox/let go well
• Moved well?
• Spend time in Nature?
• Slept well?
• Hydrated amd mineralized well?
• Got enough Sun?

Here's the thing.. "cold and flu season" is a compilation of how we treated our bodies during the months of Spring- Summer AND what we choose to eat during Fall-Winter.
If we've moved our body daily to move toxins, waste, and excess out of our bodies.
Taken in enough Sun, which our bodies convert to Hormone D, aka Vitamin D that gives our immune system a robust defense.
It's also a compilation of consuming adequate minerals through food and hydration.

The result of the opposite is a body showing signs of run down, weakness, and an immune system on the fritz.

So, what can we do to strengthen and provide a bit of protection?

NATURE

☆ Step outside as often as possible- even in not so great weather.
☆ Eating foods that grow from the ground rather than manufactured in a factory.. particularly warming foods.
☆ Moving daily- walking is THE best full body movement
☆ Hydrating with herbs as these provide not only taste, but also much needed vitamins and minerals
☆ Mirror nature's clock.. make your last meal around sunset. Bonus points for mirroring your home after nature's clock.. decrease excess lighting after sunset- especially from devices

When my immune system does show signs of weakness, my top go-to products will always be these:
