She’s a graduate of the Douglas J Aveda Institute (Ann Arbor, Class of 2018) and has continued her education to bring the most effective, science-backed treatments to her clients.

We actually love when you arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment. It gives you time to settle in, use the restroom, sip some water, and relax before your session begins.

We have a beautiful lobby space ready for you — comfy seating + water available. 💧

Taking that first step toward support just got a little easier. You can now schedule directly from my website — no phone tag, no waiting.

You have two options:
✨ A free 15-minute consultation call — completely optional, just a chance to connect and see if we feel like a good fit before committing to anything.
✨ Or jump straight into your first appointment. You may see it labeled as a "psychiatric diagnostic evaluation" on scheduling or insurance forms — I know that sounds clinical and a little intimidating! It really just means our first session together, where we slow down, get to know each other, and start exploring your goals for therapy.

I'm currently in-network with Aetna, BCBS, and BCN. I'm also in the process of credentialing with Priority Health — stay tuned for updates.
