Please don’t no-call no-show 😅

Especially during November and December 🙏🏼

We promise we say this with love — late cancellations and no-shows make it tough for not only our therapists but our other clients as well.

Holiday season is jammed with back to back appointments and some clients are waiting for an appointment, if you give less than 24-hours notice, that’s not enough time to bring someone in who might be waiting for an available day.

That’s why our policy charges the full service fee if canceled under 24 hours or missed entirely.

So be sure to confirm those appointments and cancel according to policy, please 🫶
