Some days I am too tired or too busy to meditate. Those days are the days I make sure that I DO meditate!

The benefits of stress reduction and neuroplasticity are too important in my life to NOT meditate. If I compare a busy day when I did not meditate to a busy day when I did meditate, the meditation day almost always turns out to be more productive and less stressful.

What camp are you in? To meditate or to not meditate when too busy?
