Let’s talk about who’s on your team??
Stephanie has been a friend for over 15 years! 🤯 but now I can says she’s part of my team! As a homeschool mom of 4 who serves to help as many mommas as possible to feel their best allowing myself time to actually GO to Physical Therapy just wasn’t happening until today! All things muscular with the pelvis is my wheelhouse but I just couldn’t get my own hip to be completely pain free. With her virtual PT I now have a plan to move in the right direction! 💪🏼

I have spent some time away from social media but I couldn’t resist sharing a truly beautiful birth. I worked with this momma keeping her balanced and loose through massage therapy then had the honor to attend her birth! A few hours before things got moving I went over and did some last ditch efforts of hip work, , and trigger point labor inducing work. It was only a few short hours later than she had made the transition! I am honored she allowed me in her birth space! For me it was my first home birth and under the moon made it pretty incredible!

🥵 It is HOT out there this week! 🥵

If you find yourself having headaches, leg cramps, lightheadedness, or excessive Braxton-Hicks contractions, it is time to add in or double up on your electrolytes! And this goes for anyone who is not pregnant as well. It's also a great way to beat the afternoon slump!

I prefer beverages that contain salt, like LMNT, Re-Lyte, or Jigsaw's adrenal cocktail. Or you can also easily make your own!

🍹My current fave:
-8oz coconut water 🥥
-1 freshly squeezed orange or 2oz OJ 🍊
-1/4 tsp pink or grey salt 🧂
