✨ I caught myself on the hamster wheel of chasing the next manifestation — and I had to get off.✨
I want to start by saying thank you for your patience and presence here. I know I’ve been quiet this month, but that pause has been deeply intentional. Between starting our homeschool year and really listening to what my soul needed, I chose to step back instead of forcing myself to “keep up.”
Something I’ve noticed in the healing and spiritual growth community is what I call the silent hustle — the quiet pressure to always be doing, producing, or adding more spiritual practices. And I’ll be honest: I found myself there too. Caught on the hamster wheel of always chasing the next manifestation, the next discipline, the next tool, the next layer of “doing.”
But here’s the truth I’ve come to see: chasing after the next thing will never bring lasting peace. It keeps us striving instead of trusting. It pulls us into control instead of surrender. True soul alignment and healing come not from forcing outcomes, but from resting in the timing of a Higher Power — allowing Source to move in the stillness.
This month, I put it all down. I set aside my usual disciplines, laid the weight down, and let myself sit in stillness. As contrary as that may seem coming from someone in the energy healing space, it’s in the silence that I’ve found the deepest peace. Journaling when I felt called, sitting quietly with my thoughts, doing emotional release on myself when I felt led to — without obsessing over what the next release would bring. No extra steps, no performance. Just presence with myself and with Source.
That’s also why sound therapy is such a profound practice for me to share. It’s not about adding more, but about allowing more. Sitting within the frequencies, letting what needs to rise come to the surface, and then gently processing what unfolds. Some of the most powerful healing doesn’t happen in movement — it happens in the stillness.
✨ Healing, mindfulness, and spiritual growth don’t always mean adding more. Sometimes, the medicine is silence.
