👿 Many people refer to fitness as a “necessary evil” and often describe miserably sitting in the parking lot of their gym trying to muster the motivation to walk in. But it doesn’t have to be that way!
🤗 At WolfPack, the vast majority of these strong mamas use their time at The Den as a form of stress-relief and joy. There’s playful creativity, jokes, laughter, new friendships, nature, doggies, fun music, dancing, and more!
💕 The workout itself is almost secondary to the way it makes them feel in terms of heart, mind, and soul.
💪 And because our folks actually look forward to coming here, they are much more consistent with their workouts (and get stronger/better results than the folks who view fitness as punishment).
💪 Better yet, our workout are designed with the total beginner in mind. We customize each station within the group to the wants/needs of the individual. That way, everyone gets the experience they want whether they’re a total novice or an experienced fitness enthusiast!

📝 There are no contracts or commitments. You only pay for the classes you attend. Each class does require an appointment so we can plan ahead for individual needs.
