Did you know some foods can naturally support dental health? Crunchy fruits and veggies like apples, carrots, and celery help remove plaque and stimulate saliva to neutralize acids. Cheese also strengthens enamel by balancing pH and providing calcium.

Although these foods can give your smile a boost, remember that brushing twice a day and flossing daily are essential! Have questions? Call us at (508) 721-7720.

You shouldn't brush your teeth directly after dinner. After eating, the acid from the food you've consumed has weakened your enamel. Brushing immediately afterwards may remove some of the enamel from the surface of your teeth. Instead, wait about an hour after dinner to brush. For more dental tips, contact us at (508) 721-7720.
