True40 Studio Auburn The True40® Studio method combines principles of strength training, cardio, barre, Pilates, and yoga.

True40 is a workout for every fitness level, body type and age. The 60-minute fusion classes are low-impact, but we promise you’ll still break a sweat! Our program combines aerobics, barre, TRX resistance training, Pilates and yoga for a total-body workout. After a few classes you’ll be hooked on the physical changes you see, the mind-body-spirit connection you find, and the True40 community that empowers you daily. True40 classes will lengthen and tone your muscles, give you an energy boost, increase your flexibility and strength, and leave you happy and balanced!
