This role is perfect for someone who: • thrives on meaningful human interaction • is curious about floating, wellness, and mindfulness • takes initiative and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for others • is a go-getter who likes to learn, grow, and be part of a thoughtful team

Availability needed: Saturday and Sunday afternoons and/or weekday evenings. This is a part-time position and comes with some great perks, too.

As a Float Facilitator, you’ll help guide guests through one of the most relaxing experiences they can have, from their first float to their hundredth.

You may remember Jojo as the former CCO of our Auburn and Sacramento float centers. After realizing that bodywork was truly calling her, she followed her heart… and we’re over the moon to welcome her back as our NEWEST massage therapist!

Grounded in Swedish massage and expanded through a range of modalities (deep tissue, soft tissue release, trigger point, Thai, prenatal, facilitated stretching, and myofascial work), Jojo tailors every session to fit your body’s unique needs.

She’s a self-proclaimed enthusiast of floating, saunas, cold plunging, and all things bodywork. Above all, Jojo believes in holding a professional, safe, and transformative space for every person who walks through our doors.
