Keeping Clients Cared For Michele Ash, our Scheduling On Call Supervisor, has been a steady and essential part of our agency since 2021. Working nights and weekends, she’s the one answering call ins, shifting staff around to keep every client fully covered, and teaming up with nursing whenever concerns pop up. Michele is hardworking, reliable, and completely dedicated to making sure things run smoothly — even when the rest of the world is asleep.

When she’s off the clock, Michele is still in full motion. She loves spending time with her family and is constantly on the go, making sure her kids get to their sporting events and cheering them on from the stands. Whether she’s with family or friends, she brings the same warmth, energy, and commitment she brings to her role here.

This February marks two years since Rebecca Bradtke joined our agency, and what a difference she’s made. As our Office Manager and Manager of Human Resources, Rebecca is the welcoming force behind every new hire and the steady support for every current employee. She keeps the HR department running smoothly, oversees reception, and is the go to person when you have a concern, an idea, or just need someone who genuinely listens.

If you’re having a rough day, Rebecca is the one who will stop, hear you out, and help you find your footing again. She brings warmth, understanding, and a whole lot of positivity into the workplace. Got a concern? A suggestion? A random idea at 3 p.m.? Rebecca’s your girl. Need someone to listen when you’re having one of those days? She’s already pulling up a chair.

Outside the office, Rebecca’s world is full of flavor and fun. She loves to cook — a passion passed down from her grandmother — and she’s always ready to try a new recipe. Give her a lake, ocean, river, or even a puddle and she’s happy; being near water is her happy place. Add in time with friends, family and puppies Kobe and Carmelo, and you’ve got her perfect day. Suzanne (Sue) DeTomaso has been part of our agency family since 2015, and she’s been making a difference every single day since. Working part time in Human Resources, Sue jumps in wherever she’s needed — and somehow always manages to make everything run smoother, brighter, and more organized.

One of her biggest contributions each year is her huge role in planning and executing our Annual Charity Golf Tournaments. Sue is the queen of gathering donations, assembling raffle baskets, and pulling together all the details that make the event such a success. Her dedication to giving back to the community is unmatched, and her organization skills are nothing short of impressive.
Sue is also the person who tries to make sure everyone around her is having a good day. She’s thoughtful, kind, and endlessly willing to help — there truly isn’t anything she wouldn’t do for someone in need.

Outside of work, Sue loves spending time in Florida with her toes in the sand and the ocean breeze in the air. She enjoys being with family and friends, and she even spends some of her free time caring for clients, helping them live their best lives possible. Say hello to Andrea (Andi) Beagle, our HR Admin II — and the walking proof that hard work truly pays off. When this role was first created, Andi didn’t just step into it… she owned it. She shaped it, elevated it, and made it look effortless.
As the main point of contact for all existing employees, Andi handles Annual Reviews, Disciplinary Actions, policy enforcement, orientation classes, and keeping staff informed and up to date. She’s the steady, reliable presence who keeps the HR Department running smoothly, and she’s always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed. Office Manager Rebecca knows she can count on Andi every single time.

But Andi doesn’t stop at the essentials — she brings the fun, too. She’s the mastermind behind our themed office weeks, the champion of healthy eating, and the queen of “I can make something delicious out of whatever ingredients I have.” If there’s a spark of creativity or a boost of morale in the office, chances are Andi started it.

Outside of work, Andi is just as busy and full of life. You can find her bartending at her second job, spending time with her beloved dog Roman, or out and about with her boyfriend. And while she may come off a little tough at first glance, anyone who knows her knows the truth: Andi has a heart of pure gold, and there’s nothing she wouldn’t do for the people around her.

Meet Vince DeTomaso, Co-Founder of New Beginnings Home Care — a man whose impact is woven into the very foundation of our agency. While Vince is no longer involved in day to day operations, his presence is still felt in the best ways. During the warmer months, you’ll find him out in the garage area at the office, working on projects, tinkering, fixing, and always ready to lend a hand to anyone who needs it.
Vince is a natural problem solver with a heart big enough to brighten any room. He’s the guy who makes sure everyone leaves with a smile, and even in retirement, he remains a steady source of support and positivity.

Outside of the agency, Vince is living his best retired life. He loves garage saling for hidden treasures, soaking up the sunshine in Florida, and cheering on his grandchildren at every sporting event or activity they take on. Family time is everything to him, and he makes the most of every moment.

Billie Jo Blackman — or as most of us lovingly call her, JoJo — just celebrated her one year anniversary with our agency as Scheduling Coordinator and On Call Supervisor. In that short time, she’s become an absolute essential part of our team.
JoJo is the one making sure schedules stay tight, clients stay staffed, and our HCSS team feels supported no matter what life throws their way. Need a day off?

Can’t make a shift? Need a schedule change? JoJo is the calm, friendly voice on the other end who makes everything feel manageable. She never knows what kind of chaos the day might bring, but she handles every curveball like a total champ. Clients love her. Staff love her. Honestly, everyone loves talking to JoJo.

Outside of work, she switches into full force family mode. She comes from a close knit crew, and when she’s home, she’s happiest spending time with her boyfriend and her dogs — who basically run the household and her heart. Cali Currier joined our agency in 2025 as a part time Scheduling On Call Supervisor and Agency Investigator — and she’s been a powerhouse ever since. When Cali is on call, she’s the one handling call offs, finding coverage, keeping clients fully staffed, consulting with nursing when concerns arise, and making sure our field staff feel supported no matter what hour it is. She brings calm, clarity, and confidence to every situation.

Switch her into Agency Investigator mode, and she puts on another one of her many hats. Cali interviews, gathers information, and pieces together the full picture to reach an impartial, fair conclusion. Her attention to detail is unmatched, making her a perfect fit for both roles.

Outside of work, Cali is just as impressive. She’s currently taking college courses, spending time making memories with her friends, and staying close to her family — who mean the world to her. And then there’s Macy, her beloved dog, who absolutely adores her. Cali also loves to travel (and does it often), always ready for her next adventure. She’s a perfectionist in the best way — thoughtful, thorough, and always striving to do things right.
