We, John and Jessica Boroff, have been Registered Nurses for over 20 years. We wanted to serve the elderly and disabled (including pediatrics) within the community, where help is needed most. We operate "hands on", having all clients, families, and caregivers phone numbers in our cell phones. We make ourselves available by phone 24/7 and vice versa. Our services allow families to gain peace of mind, knowing their loved one is being taken care of when they cannot. We understand it's stressful and often difficult to manage care for a sick or weakened family member, so we are your extra eyes, ears, and hands. We have been told countless times, "you are our Answered Prayer". We are blessed to be able to help those in need.

Most home care clients are elderly people who have been diagnosed with a life altering condition. These conditions include dementia/Alzheimer’s, arthritis, cancer, heart disease, Parkinson’s and respiratory disease. Though these are common reasons why people may hire in home care, we also offer home care for other more temporary circumstances, such as accident recovery. You never know what life will throw at you! Remember that we are always here to offer a helping hand, whenever it may be needed!

As people age and technology advances, it can be difficult for seniors to keep up with the newest and latest forms of communication. Take this into consideration when communicating with your elderly loved ones. Take the time to teach them how to use things such as email, text messaging or social media. If they are not interested in learning, consider writing them letters, calling them regularly, or finding ways to communicate with them in a way they understand.
