Office space available inside my Topsham office starting May 1st. Rent is for the large room in the back and includes: heat, electricity, internet, bi-weekly cleaning, parking, etc.

I would prefer a LMT, audiologist, or other wellness practitioner. I might also consider an accountant or other professional. The office will be louder during Tuesday and Friday (730-1030 & 230-6) work hours, but empty the rest of the week.

Rent can be month to month ($600) or a two year lease ($500).
