We have a very special guest coming in January to bring us into the New Year. Jake Panasevich is a health science journalist and a yoga and wellness expert for the US News. He leverages his access to world-renowned researchers to apply evidence based medicine to a yoga practice. Learn more about him here-

Join Jake on January 3rd for a workshop learning a unique hamstring flow and ending practice with a calming Yoga Nidra practice.

Jake is also hosting a class geared toward for the guys! Yoga for Dudes is a 4 week series on Thursdays Jan 8th-29th where he dives into a practice designed with guys in mind.
