Yeap. Her name is Ana Victoria. 🥰🙏🏼 This little girl chose me as her mama. She chose to come complete our family, and I am overwhelmed with this blessing. I hope you can always appreciate the blessings in your life. A year ago, anti-depressants picked me up, this year, becoming a mother for a 4th time has done more for me/us than I ever expected.

Full heartedly agree!! I’ve been lazy and full of excuses but this past week I told myself I wouldn’t allow any of it.

Earned a 7 workout week. It’s seriously nothing, but it all counts. 35 weeks 4 days pregnant today and I’m hoping to keep up this effort.

Crazy how our mind can play such a huge role in our output.

The way I see it, I have two choices. I can sit around and pout about how pregnancy hormones have ruined all my hard work OR I can simply keep my head up and keep fu***ng moving and taking care of myself.

Just a few more weeks and God Willing, all this sacrifice will be worth it. 🤰🏻 @ Auburn, Washington

A new journey begins for one of the babies of our family. I don’t know how to feel about it. All I know, is I am so incredibly proud of the young man he’s becoming.

Keep your eyes and your mind open to the opportunities the world has to offer. The sky is the limit little bro .
