Consider supersettting Hack squats with unilateral lunges. The hack squat allows you to load the legs safely and drive deep into the quads with constant tension, while the unilateral lunges expose potential imbalances and will help to build stability, and force each leg to earn its strength independently. Together, they create powerful mechanical stress, metabolic fatigue, and thus the aesthetic symmetry we seek.
If your goal is stronger, more defined legs that look athletic and perform well, work this superset into your next leg session. Keep the form honest, the effort high, and the standard higher than last time. Blessed be the non-believers. For they will not be disappointed.

This morning Benjamin crushed his Flex Level style deltoid workout with Adam R Sjogren. Just as we require with every session here at Flex Level Fitness, we trained with intent, discipline, and a clear goal…to improve in somehow, some way. We don’t train louder. We don’t curse more. We never train recklessly. We get stronger, sharper, more focused, and more deliberate with every movement. Our proprietary methods are unique in their ability to refine both body and character here.

Today I came across an article from 2004 where I was featured in Natural Muscle Magazine. Same integrity, same body of work with the same training philosophy.
Consistently doesn't describe how I train but rather how I live by all my commitments. If you asked me those interview questions today, I'd answer them exactly the same way. The methods may evolve, but the principles don't. I spoke the same truths then that I speak today.
Longevity and fulfillment come from truth, discipline, and showing up day after day for years, not months. Blessed be the non-believers. For they will not be disappointed.

In this variation of a Lat Pulldown, try sitting sideways on the standard unilateral lat pulldown machine you’ll find in nearly any gym. This will help to line up the resistance perfectly with the lat fibers we are aiming to hit.�Understand that better alignment means a deeper stretch, which leads to a stronger contraction, thus real development of the muscle.
If you want a wider, denser back, stop relying on a single path of motion. Angles are the answer. �Rotate your torso. Change your angles. Isolate the fibers that rarely get touched.
Two things to remember today: 1) Your body responds to precision, and 2) Under immense amounts of physical stress, your body will respond, so train like you mean it.

When your purpose is to use your hardly believable lived experience to help improve the lives of as many as you can, these have to be filmed in one take because that’s all we have time for. Real lives need real help and the time for rehearsals has long since passed.
Front raises are simple, but as with every exercise, form is everything.
• Keep the core braced
• Lead with the front delts, not momentum
• Raise to shoulder height with controlled tempo
• Light, steady grip — no swinging, no cheating
Show up with a purpose a purpose and train with intention. Perfection isn’t built by doing multiple takes… it’s built in consistent effort and repetition of proper form, day after day. Blessed be the non-believers. For they will not be disappointed.

Teamwork makes the reps hit different. This week’s Saturday morning 🔥 started with a lower body session with this power couple and that was filled with a perfect combination of grit, patience, and gratitude that only could conjure up, while setting the tone for them as they head into 2026 better than ever. Even with her recent tendon repair, showed up ready to work — and we built a full leg workout that demanded zero arm involvement, but 100% effort.
When you train with intention, there’s always a way forward. When you train together, there’s always extra strength in the room.
Proud of both of them for showing what resilience looks like in real time. Lower body lit up, glutes dialed in, and spirits lifted. Keep showing up. Keep moving. God honors consistency. Blessed be the non-believers. For they will not be disappointed.

Some victories are measured in pounds lost… others are in who you become as a person along the way. Watching go from 6’3” 315lb to still 6’3” but now 253lb isn’t just a physical transformation. God has shaped and sharpened him as a person via his discipline, and the way he shows up as a father and a man. I’m grateful the Lord trusted me to walk beside him on this journey and coach him through it.

Today he wanted to focus solely on upper chest. With one exceptions, the movements you see here will all isolate the upper pec major well. Upper-chest tip of the day: keep the elbows slightly tucked and drive the weight upward at a 30–45° angle—let the chest, not the shoulders, lead the movement. Small adjustments make a big difference. Ask the countless beneficiaries of our guidance.

Incredibly effective, easy on the joints, and great for sparking new growth and fullness to your triceps. The Unilateral Cable Tricep kickback. Like most exercises we feature here, there is a secret/tip most people miss that makes all the difference. Grip the handle lightly…or skip it altogether as shown and let the cable carve those triceps into something serious. The lighter the grip, the heavier the contraction 💯

Strong and aesthetically pleasing arms aren’t an accident—and are rarely a genetic gift. Real food for a real family. I surprised my with a loaf of freshly milled bread to bring home for Thanksgiving—because once you taste actual bread, you can’t un-know the difference.

Most of what Americans call “bread” is a toxic cocktail of bleached flour, preservatives, seed oils, conditioners, and additives designed to survive months on a shelf… not nourish a family. When you mill wheat fresh from and bake it the same day, the grain keeps its minerals, fiber, vitamins, and natural oils—exactly how God intended food to serve the body.

Homemade bread feeds your health, not your cravings. Store-bought bread feeds the food industry and your “chemical imbalance” and poor impulse control etc.

This season, break bread that actually breaks the cycle—and give your family something real. Blessed be the non-believers. For they will not be disappointed.
