Check out this bicep curl variation and consider adding it to your next arm day. It’s a great final exercise to an arm day. Set up the cable on both sides at its the lowest point and attach the long straight bar accordingly. Be sure to use a full range of motion, allowing for some flexibility in the wrist at the lowest point of the movement, and making certain to breathe continuously and avoid tucking the neck. Wide-stance leg press today with Cody Savoy. Feet set wider, toes slightly out, driving through the heels and pushing the knees out hard. This angle lights up the adductors and glutes in a way a narrow stance does not. In turn, we accept that there will be less emphasis on the medialis, but not by much. If you only train one position, you only strengthen one pattern. They don’t call me β€œthe Angles Guy” for nothing. Muscle is built through strategic and minor variations of angles applied to the basic and fundamental movements of the body. Shift the stance. Change the foot height. Any safe variation will be a change for your Cental Nervous System. Challenge the hips differently. Here at Flex Level Fitness we train not just for strong quads, but strong hips, glutes, and inner thighs too. Train smart. Train through multiple angles. Start every shoulder session by waking up the rear delts. The reverse grip pec deck is a great option. Use a passive grip, avoiding pulling with your hands and shoulders, moving the weight with the rear delt only.
Sit or hover, it’s largely irrelevant, just keep the arms parallel to the floor and control the path.
Once you’ve mastered that, level it up by applying subtle downward pressure through the elbows as you drive the concentric portion of the movement.

For countless years now Adam R Sjogren and Heather Havalotti have been proving that implementing the Flex Level principles works 100% of the time. You do not need to stay fat. You do not have to feel depressed. You do not have to wake up hating your life. You probably don’t need that SSRI either, but I digress.
Take it from some anonymous source online or consider taking the advice from someone who did them all, simultaneously, while burying it all with fentanyl etc until being saved by his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Only a short time later He would go on to create one of what would be many divine relationships and opportunities to raise another man up (and his wife too in this case πŸ˜ƒ) in the most valuable of ways. To imagine the reach the Flex Level Fitness message will have as it extends through all of their children’s lives as they continue to grow is among the most humbling parts of improving people’s lives for a living.
