We’re so excited for our upcoming 6th Annual Golf Tournament—supporting mental health services for veterans ⛳️

March is International Women’s Month, and honestly… where would the world be without women?

To the moms running on cold coffee and 4 hours of sleep.
To the new mothers learning how to care for a tiny human while also trying to care for themselves.
To the women who aren’t moms but somehow still mom everyone.
To the friends who answer the “Are you free to talk?” texts.
To the therapists holding space for others while doing their own healing.
And to the women out there leading, building, fixing, creating, speaking up, setting boundaries, and getting things done.

Women impact the world in a million different ways — some through nurturing, some through strength, some through quiet support, and some through bold leadership.

At Insights, we see every day how much women carry — emotionally, mentally, and relationally. And while women are often the ones reminding everyone else to take care of their mental health… they deserve that same care too.

So this month we just want to say:
You don’t have to hold everything alone. Your mental health matters too. 🤍

We had the great honor to share about maternal mental health with a local churches moms group. We talked about signs and symptoms of perinatal mood disorders, our staff member shared her personal struggles with postpartum depression and we gave resources for moms who need help in their wellness journey. Most women who are struggling with perinatal mood disorders are nervous to join therapy due to funds. With our program, MomSquad, we eliminate that barrier by providing free therapy services for moms with children five years and younger. If you or someone you know needs therapy services, please give us a call today! Today, we join families around the world in observing International Candle Lighting Day—a day to pause, remember, and honor the lives of children who passed too soon. 🕯️
At the same moment across time zones, candles are lit to create a wave of light that spans the globe, reminding grieving hearts that they are not alone.
We created this video as a gentle space to remember, reflect, and hold the love that never leaves. Our hope is that, in watching, you find a small measure of peace, comfort, and connection as we honor these precious lives together. 💛
