Congratulations to our February 2026 Caregiver of the Month, Joseph Gallow! Joseph has been a caregiver since 2007, bringing years of experience, compassion, and commitment to the clients he serves. He truly enjoys making his clients laugh and spending quality time with them, creating meaningful connections that brighten their days and support their overall well-being.

Joseph is extremely reliable. He has never called out and has shown incredible consistency and dedication. Joseph’s goal is to continue doing his best and to keep making a difference as a caregiver. Outside of work, he enjoys going on adventures and playing video games with his four sons, making the most of his time with family.

His strong communication skills and positive attitude make him a valued member of our team. Joseph often shares how grateful he is to be part of Access to Home Care Services, and we are just as thankful for the dedication and positivity he brings every day!

While one of our clients is in rehab, we’re once again taking care of their beloved cat, Paul. This is the second time Paul has stayed with us at the office, and we’re happy to make sure he’s safe, comfortable, and well-loved until his owner returns home.

Congratulations to our January Caregiver of the Month, Frankie Bethmann!

Frankie has been a dedicated caregiver for about seven months and has already had a strong impact on the clients he serves. He finds the greatest joy in helping clients regain their independence by assisting and supporting them in their daily activities, allowing them to stay active, confident, and comfortable in their own homes.

Since his hire, Frankie has not called out once and his dependability has been exceptional. He is consistently willing to step in and help with open shifts, showing a level of commitment that reflects how much he truly cares. His strong communication skills and positive attitude leave a lasting impression, and client feedback consistently highlights his compassion, dedication, and quality of care.

Frankie is passionate about continuing to grow in the medical field and helping others whenever he can. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, taking walks, and spending time outdoors.

We are incredibly grateful for the dedication Frankie brings and the steady, compassionate presence he adds to our team at Access to Home Care Services.
