Congratulations to our January Caregiver of the Month, Frankie Bethmann!

Frankie has been a dedicated caregiver for about seven months and has already had a strong impact on the clients he serves. He finds the greatest joy in helping clients regain their independence by assisting and supporting them in their daily activities, allowing them to stay active, confident, and comfortable in their own homes.

Since his hire, Frankie has not called out once and his dependability has been exceptional. He is consistently willing to step in and help with open shifts, showing a level of commitment that reflects how much he truly cares. His strong communication skills and positive attitude leave a lasting impression, and client feedback consistently highlights his compassion, dedication, and quality of care.

Frankie is passionate about continuing to grow in the medical field and helping others whenever he can. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, taking walks, and spending time outdoors.

We are incredibly grateful for the dedication Frankie brings and the steady, compassionate presence he adds to our team at Access to Home Care Services.

Congratulations to our 2025 Caregiver of the Year, Brittney Patterson!
Brittney has been a caregiver for nearly 20 years, beginning her journey at just 17 years old. A true people person, she pursued caregiving after realizing her natural ability to connect with and care for others, earning her CNA and building a career rooted in dedication and compassion. Brittney is known for her reliability, strong therapeutic communication, and leadership, always stepping up to support both her clients and fellow staff. She remains steadfastly loyal to her clients, even as their needs change or become more challenging, and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure they are comfortable, safe, and able to remain in their homes. Brittney values dedication above all else and approaches caregiving with perseverance, loyalty, and a bubbly, positive attitude. Outside of work, she prioritizes her well-being by staying active, spending time with her family, and being a devoted mom. Her deep commitment to her clients and genuine care for their happiness make her incredibly deserving of this recognition. We are proud to honor Brittney as our Caregiver of the Year and grateful to have her as part of the Access to Home Care Services team!

Cheri is someone both the agency and her clients can always count on. With 25 years of caregiving experience, her reliability and strong work ethic consistently make a meaningful difference. She brings a calm, therapeutic presence to her work, creating a supportive and reassuring environment where clients feel safe, secure, and truly cared for. Her compassion and attentiveness shine through in every visit, and her clients benefit greatly from the time and care she gives them.

In addition to the exceptional care she provides, Cheri is always pleasant and professional in her interactions with office staff. Her positive attitude and respectful communication reflect the high standards we strive for at Access To Home Care Services. Cheri says what she enjoys most is making her clients happy and spending time with them so they feel needed and supported. Looking ahead, her goal is simply to continue doing the work she loves while staying healthy. Outside of work, she treasures spending time with her grandson, who keeps her smiling just as much as she keeps her clients smiling.

Congratulations to Maria Casserino on being named our November 2025 Caregiver of the Month!

Maria’s dedication and reliability truly set her apart. Despite having a long commute, she consistently shows up whenever she is scheduled, always bringing a great attitude and a strong sense of professionalism. She is an effective communicator with sound judgment, and her dependability makes her someone our team and clients can always count on.

With about 10 years of caregiving experience, Maria says what she enjoys most is simply being there for her clients in whatever way they need. She takes pride in making them laugh and smile, helping make their daily lives a little easier, and learning from each unique individual she cares for. Maria shares that caregiving has helped shape her into a better person, which is evident in the compassion she shows every day. Looking ahead, she hopes to one day retire and spend as much time as possible with her family. Outside of work, that’s exactly where you’ll find her—making the most of every moment with the people she loves.

Congratulations to Loretta Davis on being named our October 2025 Caregiver of the Month!
Loretta has been a caregiver for about 20 years, and the care she brings to her clients reflects that depth of experience. She is someone our scheduling team can always count on, especially when it comes to one of our most difficult-to-staff cases. Loretta regularly steps in, often at the last minute, and accepts extra hours to make sure her clients are never left without the care they need. Her patience, compassion, and calm communication, particularly when supporting clients living with dementia, make a meaningful difference every day.
Loretta also shines when working with other challenging cases, always meeting clients where they are and adapting with understanding and flexibility. She communicates clearly and consistently with nursing staff, advocates for her clients when concerns arise, and approaches feedback with professionalism and openness. What truly stands out is how deeply she cares. Loretta says she loves caregiving because it allows her to make someone else’s day brighter, and that intention is felt in everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, going for walks, and focusing on her health and wellness. We are incredibly grateful for Loretta’s dedication and the steady, compassionate presence she brings to our team.
