We are proud to recognize Siera Underwood as our March 2026 Caregiver of the Month!

Siera has been a caregiver for nearly 7 years, bringing experience and compassion to the clients she serves. She truly enjoys working one-on-one with clients, building meaningful relationships and providing personalized care that supports their daily needs and overall well-being. She is a strong advocate for her client and is an excellent communicator with all team members. She consistently goes above and beyond, helping fill open shifts when needed, showing her dedication to ensuring continuity of care.

Her goal is to continue progressing and growing within her role. Outside of work, Siera enjoys spending time with her family, especially her 4-year-old niece. We are incredibly grateful for the dedication, reliability, and compassion Siera brings to Access to Home Care Services every day!

Congratulations to our February 2026 Caregiver of the Month, Joseph Gallow! Joseph has been a caregiver since 2007, bringing years of experience, compassion, and commitment to the clients he serves. He truly enjoys making his clients laugh and spending quality time with them, creating meaningful connections that brighten their days and support their overall well-being.

Joseph is extremely reliable. He has never called out and has shown incredible consistency and dedication. Joseph’s goal is to continue doing his best and to keep making a difference as a caregiver. Outside of work, he enjoys going on adventures and playing video games with his four sons, making the most of his time with family.

His strong communication skills and positive attitude make him a valued member of our team. Joseph often shares how grateful he is to be part of Access to Home Care Services, and we are just as thankful for the dedication and positivity he brings every day!

Sometimes caring goes beyond people. ❤️🐾
While one of our clients is in rehab, we’re once again taking care of their beloved cat, Paul. This is the second time Paul has stayed with us at the office, and we’re happy to make sure he’s safe, comfortable, and well-loved until his owner returns home.
