IT’S FEBRUARY! Between cold temps, snow storms, & illnesses January was a challenging month. My current sessions continue to the end of the month. Kendil’s classes will continue through February too. Punch cards and drop-ins are available for all classes. Hope to see you soon!

I am so sorry! But just as I’m getting over that first round, I now have a GI bug and need to cancel today’s class. Fingers crossed it a 24 hour thing but I’ll update you tomorrow about Saturday.

A new session of Zumba starts tomorrow. Six weeks taking us to February vacation and then I’m off to Florida and will miss almost 2 weeks of class. So come see me while you can

Mondays 6 PM with Balance Wellness inside The Gym Lewiston. $10 drop in, five class punch for $40, 10 class punch for $65, six week session for $35. We have options.

January schedule and look…. It’s KENDIL! She will be joining us Wednesdays @ 5:30 & Saturdays @ 8 am. AND we have a week of free classes!! (Ok yeah I’m cheating and combining my makeup classes with the free classes but you get the idea 😜)
