Medical Center Plus Joint and Spine Center

Medical Center Plus Joint and Spine Center We specialize in helping people with chronic pain including neuropathy and arthritis.

Unlike the focus of conventional medicine which usually focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs, Medical Center Plus emphasizes on improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place. We currently have three doctors on staff at MCP: One double board-certified in neurology and interventional pain management, one family medical practitioner, and one who specializes in chiropractic. We utilize both traditional and alternative methods in order to help people avoid drugs and surgery and heal rather than just managing symptoms.

Pain care shouldn’t feel rushed.

For many patients, the most important part of treatment is being heard—understanding how pain affects daily life, work, and movement.

At Medical Center Plus, our approach starts with listening, then exploring non-surgical options tailored to the individual.

Holiday travel often means more walking, standing, or long stretches of sitting.

If chronic pain is part of your life, small adjustments, like alternating sitting and standing, gentle movement breaks, or supportive footwear, may help you stay more comfortable.

If pain disrupts your week, our team is here to help you find long-term, non-surgical solutions.

Cold weather can make it easy to forget about hydration, but your body still needs consistent fluids to function at its best. Proper hydration supports immunity, digestion, and energy levels, especially during winter when indoor heating can be dehydrating.

Keep a water bottle nearby, choose warm herbal teas, and incorporate water-rich fruits into your day. Small habits can make a big difference in how you feel.
At Medical Center Plus, we’re here to help you stay healthy through every season. If winter wellness is on your mind, schedule a checkup anytime.
