U-Float

U-Float Floating is used for stress, anxiety, depression, pain, and meditation.

Floatation Therapy involves a float tank that is filled with 10" of water, and that water is heated to the same temperature as the outside of your skin (not your body temp) and has 1000 pounds of epsom salt in it. Because of the high salt content, your body is buoyant enough to counteract approximately 85% of gravity and with the water being the same temperature as your skin, you eventually have the sensation that your body has disappeared and you are floating in space and relaxing like never before. Some have compared it to "meditating without a floor", "a return to the womb", or "the most peaceful abyss of timelessness".

We were locked out of this account for quite some time as we attempted to merge this page into our new one (Wellness Station Auburn) but recently gained access once again. If anyone is tech savvy and interested in helping us to merge pages, we would be VERY grateful.

Dear friends and valued community,
Although it took a fire to reshape our path and vision, we are proud to be back on Main Street in Auburn with our newly reimagined massage studio, a space designed to bring comfort, care, and healing to all who visit. And we’re not stopping there. We are currently in negotiations for additional adjoining space to build a new float studio, with plans to introduce wellness additions like an infrared sauna and cold plunge tub for contrast therapy.

As part of this exciting new chapter, I wanted to update you all that we will be merging this page into our broader vision for the future, The Wellness Station Auburn. If you see U-Float’s page transform in the coming days, please don’t be alarmed—it’s all part of creating a smooth transition as we continue to grow and evolve.

We are here for you throughout this process, so please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns through the transition. We’ll also be sharing updates, massage offerings, and photos of our new studio through the Wellness Station Auburn FB page. We do have hurdles to overcome and challenges ahead but can’t wait to show you what’s in store for the future and invite you to join us in embracing a fresh start that’s planned to be bigger and better than ever. For those that wish to get a glimpse into what we have created so far, our new website is www.wellnessstationauburn.com

Thank you for being the heart of this journey. Together, we’ll continue to create something truly special for our community once again.

With gratitude, Phil and Michaelle

Hey everyone, this is Phil…
I should have done a video, but I can’t without breaking down
Emotionally. This process has been so hard.

Since our fire, nothing was covered by insurance, so it was 100% loss and a long legal battle.

it’s been way too long since providing updates and we have so much to catch up on but does anyone want to see float therapy come back to Auburn? We are
Trying to recreate a space for healing and rebuild the place we once provided and all of us lost but interested in your thoughts. This journey has been heartbreaking but we are committed to the cause. It’s a shot in the dark but we have a chance to come back. I’m so sorry that I haven’t been in contact sooner. I love you all and thank you for supporting us.
Should floating come back to Auburn? We have rebranded to the Wellness Station Auburn and looking to bring floating back to Auburn. Hopeful for the future.
I became licensed as a massage therapist over the last couple years so if anyone would like to book a session with me please hit me up. 253-830-4955. We are trying to bring float therapy back, and create a space for for wellness in Auburn once again. A space to disconnect and unplug from the demands of today’s overwhelming inputs. ❤️
I can’t wait to hear from you all.

Hey everyone, Happy New Year!
New beginnings are welcomed as we slowly pick up the pieces. Just a small update on the situation: Engineers were on site today to determine the safety of the building. We should hear more info tomorrow and will report the findings to determine the next steps. We are also working to create ways for you guys to get float again soon (if anyone needs a float as bad as I do) and will have updates on this tomorrow as well.
Thank you for keeping us in your heart.

Thank you everyone for the immense love and outreach after this devastating incident. I feel I speak for many when I say I’m still in shock, however grateful no one was hurt. I feel deeply saddened for our neighbors upstairs who lost their homes and personal belongings the day after Christmas nonetheless. The building is currently deemed unsafe to enter, but told we may (possibly) be allowed to enter by Wednesday and assess the situation. I will keep everyone informed of our status as we learn more details although it appears as a total loss for everyone at this point. We will be working to sort out the pieces in the coming weeks and won’t forget about our float family and the people who recently purchased floats with us especially for Christmas presents.
Keeping hopeful and heart-full from all of your compassion.

Love Phil

Need last minute gifts? There’s still time for gift certificates! We can email them to you just in time for Christmas, totally stress free.

U-Float offers a space to relax and rejuvenate while increasing interoceptive awareness. Floating is a remarkable way to heal the body and quiet the mind, involving 11" of skin temperature water and 1000 lbs of epsom salt for sore muscles and joints.

Let’s suppose for a moment that you could float anytime beyond our regular business hours (11-8pm)
Would u float late at night to unwind or early in the morning to start the day?
