There’s something about that first sunlight after a birth ☀️✨

You walk out, exhausted but so full 🤍 and the sun hits your face in a way it never has before. 🌅 It feels softer, warmer… like a quiet reminder of the life that was just welcomed into the world. 👶🏼💫

After hours of holding space, supporting, breathing through every moment alongside a mama 🤍 that light feels like a deep exhale.🌿 A reset, A little piece of peace before heading home.

Getting to hold one of my sweet doula babies after walking with their family through pregnancy and birth is the kind of full circle moment that fills my whole heart. 💕 From steady support during labor 🤲 to peaceful newborn cuddles, 🍼👶🏼these are the moments that remind me why I love this work so much.

Holding space, offering strength and speaking calmness. And yes… holding babies too. 🥰🤍🌸

Getting to see one of my doula babies is always so special to me 🥹🩵

🕊️I still remember the strength and courage this mama showed the day her birth took an unexpected turn. When plans changed she met it with courage, and so much love for her baby. That kind of strength is fierce,🔥 she is resilient, selfless, and so deeply strong.

✨And this dad… he was just as strong and steady. Watching a man protect, support, and love his wife so intentionally is absolutely powerful. 🥹 He showed up in the calm he carried, the love in his eyes, and the way he cared for his wife.

Seeing them now, holding this sweet little one, just reminds me that powerful births come in many forms. Mom’s courage. Dad’s strength. And a sweet baby who is so deeply wanted and loved. This is what it’s all about.🩵
