I would like to let you know of pricing changes that will be effective as of May 1, 2015. It has been more than six years since I have increased my rates, and I have kept the increase very low. For the large majority of my clients there will only be a $5.00 increase to their usual service.

If you have any gift certificates purchased prior to May 1, 2015, the price increase will not affect the use of these gift certificates. For example, if you come for a 1 hour massage after the price increase is in effect, and pay with a gift certificate purchased before May 1st, there will be no additional charge. Essentially you will just pay the old $60.00 rate.

I also want to let you know that I no longer have an office at Phoenix Karate Academy on Center Street in Auburn. All of those massages will be moved just down the road to Core Physical Therapy. Core PT is located between the Residence Inn and WalMart at 2 Willow Run, Auburn, Maine. Although I will miss being part of the karate family, I think Core PT will be a quieter space where you can get the most out of your massage.

My recovery is coming along pretty well. It has not gone as quickly as I would like, but healing takes time. I am beginning to schedule appointments for mid-April and May. Please give me a call, send me an email, or text message me and I will try to get you in as soon as possible. You may have received a request to book an appointment from me earlier today. I look forward to seeing you again real soon!

Taken before the Boston Marathon, on our way to our designated massage locations. Kelly LaCroix, Dorothy Diggs, Mary Alice Goehring, Kate Anagnostis, and Lisa Fenter. I am greatful to have been with this group of highly experienced massage therapists. The day started out terrific with great weather and an atmosphere of excitement and accomplishment, but turned tragic about half way through. My thoughts and prayers have been with everyone involved!
